How long does it take for my order to arrive?
After the order was placed, the DHL shipping within Germany will take about 3-5 working days. The dispatch within the European Union takes approximately 7-10 business days.
How much is the shipping?
Shipping to Germany are free of charge. International shipping is 6,90€. Returns are free of charge.
Returns
What are the return policy?
You can return your original and unworn items within 14 days. We only accept items where original tag hangtag is still attached.
How do I return my order?
To make the return as easy as possible each shipment comes with a prepaid return label.
Just follow these steps:
1. Please stick the original shipping label on the outside of your return package with the prepaid return label.
2. Fill out the return form and enter the reason for the return. Enclose the form to the return parcel.
3. Bring the parcel to a DHL packing station, a post office, or a DHL Paket Shop.
When will my money be refunded?
When we have reached the items in their original condition, we immediately start processing the refund. It may take 3-4 business days until the amount is refunded to your account.
